Funny Story

So, last night I literally hit the "publish" button for my previous post when the phone rang. It was our real estate agent who was calling to tell us we got an offer on our house. I think the best way to describe this offer is crappy but good enough. We're going to take it, cut our losses, and move on. Cross your fingers for us that everything goes well with the sale!

    HOOOOOOOORAY! All that positive thinking did pay off after all.

    Enjoy Flagstaff! My mom's sheep are due to have their lambs any day now, so maybe Garion (and you two too) would like to visit the sheep sometime! (Mom has free range organic eggs too.)

    So, you didn't blog because you didn't want to jinx the sale of your house, then I guilted you into blogging, then you blogged about your house not selling, then you got an offer on your house ... so basically I am responsible for the fact that soon you will only have one mortgage. You are welcome. :-)

    Also, now I have to come visit you because you have a friend with lambs and organic eggs ... is Flagstaff actually paradise?
